Through the transformative power of dance, we provide opportunities for our members to feel supported, empowered, and deeply connected.
In everything we do we seek to foster a sense of belonging and self-worth while increasing social engagement within our communities. Through dance classes and workshops rooted in commercial dance, we create a space where everyone can thrive and express themselves freely.
But we’re more than just dance classes. We’re a family of dancers who inspire and uplift each other, both on and off the dance floor. From performances throughout the year to inclusive workshops and events, we’re here to celebrate diversity and creativity in all its forms.

We offer dynamic dance classes and workshops tailored specifically for adults and young people with learning differences and diverse abilities. Rooted in street dance and commercial styles, our sessions are designed to inspire confidence and creativity in every dancer.

I think that they would join any activity where Family Thing is involved. As a care worker, I think this is one of the best weekly activities the guys have.
